The Wicklow Way Cottage B&B is nested in an area of outstandingly beautiful mountains and located approximately a kilometre from the Wicklow Way as well as being less than 5 minutes drive from the ruins of the Monastic City in Glendalough. From the guesthouse you can see the mountains of the Sally Gap and the Glenmacnass river flows by the foot of our property. The breathtaking Glenmacnass waterfall, one of the highest in Ireland, is also only 4 km up the road and offers stunning views of the entire valley.

Situated on 8 acres of land on the slopes of Scarr, our B&B makes a perfect base for exploring both the Glendalough area and the wider Wicklow region and is also a haven for weary hikers and hillwalkers. Walking and cycling tours are most especially welcome, as are campers. Horse riding in the local area can also be arranged on request.

Kathleen Farrelly runs the place, along with her family. Both traditional Irish breakfast and Continental style breakfast are provided in the mornings and packed lunches are available for those who need them on their day's outing. Evening meals are also served as required in our spacious dining room.

As well as putting up tired travellers for the night, we also offer three live-in self-catering chalets, which can be rented for periods up to several months. Please contact us about availability if you are interested.
